Support Options12 months of complimentary product support (GOLD) is included with Complete Office. After this period a Support Membership (either GOLD or SILVER) may be purchased to extend product support beyond the complimentary period. If a Support Membership is not purchased after the complementary support period then the support level defaults to BRONZE.

Support Membership provides members with a unique registration login to access exclusive member content and new product releases. Both email and phone support is provided with a guaranteed response time depending on the membership level.

BRONZE

BRONZE Support provides unrestricted product usage and free access to critical functional and security updates but does not include any ongoing support contact or access to new product releases.
